Chop green onions and garlic and set aside

Peel the winter melon and cut into cubes

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, blanch the winter melon for one minute, drain in cold water and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add winter melon, cooking wine, oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly

Add an appropriate amount of bone broth (water can also be used), bring to a boil over high heat, add salt and white pepper to taste, then reduce to medium heat and simmer

When the winter melon is almost cooked, add the cooked pork meatballs and bring to a boil. Season with a little chicken essence, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil and serve
