Overview
What I’m making today is bread, which is perfect for making breakfast. The precious time in the morning can also be used to lie down for a while. For office workers, the direct method of making bread is more time-saving, and the one-time fermentation saves even more time. It only takes about 3 hours to make bread once, so after dinner, the dough is kneaded and the bread is baked before going to bed. You don’t have to stay up late, and you can sleep well.

Steps
-
Prepare the required ingredients. The high-gluten flour used this time is Arowana bread flour, which is very fine and easy to form a film. The ingredients used are also 1.2 times the formula.
-
Put all the ingredients into a chef's machine and knead it into a dough. Since you are not making toast, you don't need to knead it to the fully expanded stage. You only need to knead it to the expanded stage, that is, you can pull out a large piece of film.
-
Then divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
-
Press flat to release the air, then roll it into a round shape and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a shape of beef tongue.
-
Press it thin with your fingers on one side, then roll it up from the other side to form a long strip, and pinch it tightly.
-
Place the prepared long strips of dough one by one on a non-stick baking pan. If it is not a non-stick baking pan, you need to cover it with oil paper to prevent sticking, and then ferment. As it is hot in summer, I ferment directly at room temperature. The room temperature is about 24 degrees. The oven does not need to be powered on. Put a bowl of warm water and ferment the dough until it doubles its original size.
-
After fermentation, you can brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface for beautiful coloring, but I usually don't, because you have to crack another egg, and it is troublesome to use just a little. Preheat the oven, turn the heat up and down, and bake at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes. You can observe the coloring of the bread in the middle. If the coloring is OK, you can cover it with tin foil to prevent excessive coloring.
-
It can be stored and eaten after it is cooled out of the oven. Do not eat the bread just after it is baked, as it is not good for your stomach.
