Steamed dumplings with willow leaves stuffed with red bean paste
Overview
Red beans are a good friend of women's health, and their rich iron content can make people look rosy. Taking more red beans can also nourish blood, promote blood circulation, strengthen physical strength, and enhance resistance. This snack is a vegetarian snack made in the morning. Because the hummus is pre-made, olive oil is used. The dumpling wrappers are freshly rolled, so it takes a relatively short time to make them. The green color is the natural color of vegetable juice. Although it is not as beautiful as the pigment, I feel more at ease when eating it.
