Pizza Cone
Overview
I got a new egg roll mold, and I used it to make a cone today. You can add ice cream or whipped cream, mixed vegetable salad, and the pizza cone I made today!

Put the eggs into a bowl, beat them and set aside

Pour salad oil and sugar into a bowl and mix well

Sift in the flour

Mix into a uniform egg batter without any lumps

Add appropriate amount of black sesame seeds and mix well

Preheat both sides of the egg roll mold over low heat for 1 minute. For the first time I used it, I brushed both sides with a layer of melted butter

Pour a spoonful of egg batter into the mold. The amount I scooped was a bit too much

Close the lid and fasten the handle buckle. Grill for about 1 minute on each side

When baked to a darker yellow color as shown in the picture

Roll it up immediately into a cone

Prepared corn kernels, peas, diced onions, and diced carrots

Put the vegetables into the oil pan and stir-fry

Add a little salt, appropriate amount of pizza sauce and pizza grass, stir well and set aside

Boil the crab sticks and sweet shrimps in hot water, peel the sweet shrimps, and dice the ham sausage

Mix the 2 fillings well, take an egg cone and put a little filling

Spread a layer of shredded cheese, and then add it repeatedly until the filling is filled. Prepare it one by one and put it into the baking pan. I baked it in 2 batches

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, middle and lower racks, for about 12 minutes, until all the cheese is completely blended
