Homemade tofu rolls

Homemade tofu rolls

Overview

Today I’m introducing a light noodle dish. When I was a child, I didn’t particularly like tofu, but my mother felt that tofu has high nutritional value and is rich in vitamins B1 and B6. Especially suitable for small children. So my mother made a tofu roll like this. The dough is wrapped with tofu and shredded radish. The texture is delicate and cottony, light and not greasy, and the taste of tofu is not that obvious. Now that I have grown up, my mother no longer has to think of ways to get me to eat more tofu. But every time I miss my mother, I always make a tofu roll and eat it. It is full of the taste of my mother and slowly makes me feel satisfied!
