Ingredients: Soaked black fungus, snow peas, king oyster mushroom, red pepper, garlic.

Cut the king oyster mushrooms into thin slices, blanch the black fungus and snow peas in boiling water, remove them from the cold boiling water, cut the red pepper into thin strips, smash the garlic and mince it.

Turn on the heat, pour oil into the pot, add chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add king oyster mushroom slices and stir-fry.
