Boil water in a pot. Add green onions and ginger, add a little salt and bring the water to a boil.

Add the chopped konjac cubes. Cook it until cooked through.

Remove the cooked konjac pieces and drain them. Set aside.

Put homemade scallion oil in a bowl. Spicy oil. And all the seasonings.
