Oatmeal Roll Quiche
Overview
The oatmeal omelet was originally made for my son, but because he got up late, it ended up being the old boy's meal (I don't usually make breakfast for him). The early bird catches the worm, and my son looked unhappy when he got up.

Prepare materials

Chop the coriander, beat the eggs, mix them well, add a little salt and mix well, set aside

Mix all-purpose flour and instant oatmeal, add boiling water and form into flakes

Add cold water and knead into a non-sticky dough,

Let it sit for 20 minutes

Preheat the rice cooker (keep warm function)

After 20 minutes, divide the dough into 2 equal parts

Roll into dough

Apply salad oil to the inner pot of the rice cooker

Put the dough pieces into the rice cooker pot

Press the cooking button, fry the noodles on both sides until they are fully cooked and slightly browned, and set aside for later use

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the rice cooker, pour in the egg liquid, and press the cooking button

Fry the eggs until they are 7 mature

Cover the eggs with the previously fried noodles and press the cooking button

Wait until the rice cooker indicator light jumps to the keep warm light, open the lid, wait until the omelet is not too hot, take it out, roll it up and cut it into pieces, pour in an appropriate amount of seafood soy sauce, and it is ready to eat
