The mint is growing very well on the balcony, so we must do something to coordinate it! Thought of making some peppermint cookies to eat!

Steps
-
Mint on the balcony
-
Plucked 10 grams of fresh mint leaves
-
Add butter to powdered sugar and mix evenly, beat with a whisk until fluffy
-
Add the whole egg liquid in 3 batches and mix well
-
Sift in the flour and milk powder and stir evenly
-
I added a few drops of rose essence to the rose blend
-
Add chopped fresh mint leaves and knead evenly
-
I also added some mint flavor
-
Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator to rest for 15 minutes
-
Roll the dough into thin sheets and use a cookie cutter to shape it
-
I used the leftover green dough from making cherry blossom cookies to make the flower core. If you don’t have it, just add it
-
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper
-
Preheat the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the cookies
