Overview
Steamed egg custard is a home-cooked dish in the north. The finished dish is creamy yellow in color, soft and tender, fragrant and smooth, and rich in nutrients. It is a dish often eaten at home. After a few hours, grandma steamed the egg custard that was tender and tender. Now I can still remember the scene of eating the egg custard. Sometimes to save time when you get up early, you can put the egg custard on the steamer. When the rice is ready, the custard on top will be ready, but you have to take out the custard immediately, otherwise it will collapse after a long time. With the addition of dried shrimps, the nutritional value of dried shrimps is very high. In terms of protein content, which is used to measure the nutritional value, every 100 grams of dried shrimps contains 39.3 grams of protein. This amount is much higher than aquatic products such as large yellow croaker, yellow croaker, shrimp, hairtail, pomfret, and meat products such as beef, pork, and chicken. Another major feature of shrimp skin is the rich number and variety of minerals. In addition to containing iodine, which is lacking in terrestrial and freshwater organisms, it is also rich in iron, calcium, and phosphorus. The calcium and phosphorus content of dried shrimp skin are 991 mg and 582 mg per 100 grams. Therefore, dried shrimp is known as a calcium storehouse. In fact, shrimp skin also contains an important nutrient - astaxanthin. Astaxanthin is the strongest antioxidant discovered so far. It is also called super vitamin E. The redder the shrimp skin, the higher the astaxanthin content. The astaxanthin content in shrimp skin is about 400-800ppm. Appropriate supplementation of dried shrimps, which is rich in calcium, can help some patients control blood pressure without any medication, just by increasing calcium intake. Shrimp skin also helps reduce blood cholesterol and improve premenstrual syndrome in women.
