  1. Remove stems from cherries and wash

  3. Boil water with appropriate amount of rock sugar

  4. Bring to a boil, add cherries and cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat

  5. Put it into a canning bottle while it is hot and tighten the lid. The bottle must be clean and free of oil and water

  6. In another pot, add water and bring to a boil with the cap down

  7. Boil the pot for five minutes and turn off the heat. This step is for longer storage. If you do not plan to store it for a long time, you can omit this step
