Steps
-
Wash the ingredients, cut the tenderloin into small pieces (you can also use minced meat, but the texture is better when cut with a knife), mince the onion, ginger and garlic, and add 2 tsp of bean paste
-
Tofu I use silk tofu (slightly harder than fat tofu, not easy to chop, and very tender). Half a box of tofu is enough for one person. Cut it into small pieces and put it in a bowl for later use
-
Heat the oil in a pan, add the minced ginger and garlic bean paste and sauté until fragrant. Add the meat and stir-fry until it is tender and changes color. The bean paste itself is very salty, so if you have a light taste, you basically don’t need to add any more salt
-
Spread the fried minced meat on the tofu
-
After the water in the steamer boils, put it in and steam it over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes (steaming like this will make the tofu more delicious)
-
Turn off the heat, drizzle with a small spoonful of sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve
