They say you live by the sea and eat from the sea~~~ As a cook who lives in a coastal city, the dish I cook most is of course seafood. Put a crab in the frozen tofu and cook it in a casserole. Not to mention how delicious it is on the winter dinner table!

  1. Prepare crabs, frozen tofu, and soaked black fungus.

  2. Wash the crabs with a brush, remove the bottom cover, gills, stomach, cut in half, and sprinkle some starch.

  3. Heat the oil in the pan, add crabs, fry until they change color, then remove.

  4. Take a small casserole and put in frozen tofu.

  5. Add black fungus, crab, ginger slices and green onions.

  6. Add crab lids, cooking wine, appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over medium heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

  7. Add some salt, smoke first, and bring the pepper to a boil.
