Dry pot chicken offal
Overview
Today, I use the chicken offal from a hen and black-bone chicken. How can I have a dry pot for a midnight snack? Pair it with mixed beer and drink it to your heart's content! The chickens you raise at home are delicious no matter how you eat them!

Slice lotus root, cut potatoes and bamboo shoots into strips.
-
Blanch the chicken giblets, take them out and cut them into pieces. This is mainly to prevent the water from leaking out when frying.

Here are the ingredients.

50% oil temperature, add bean paste, hot pot ingredients, pickled pepper, ginger, garlic, add to the pot, stir-fry over low heat until red.
-

-
Add bell pepper, onion, light soy sauce, sugar, red oil and chili pepper, stir-fry until cooked.
