Banana chiffon cake
Overview
This humble-looking cake tastes very good. The softness of the chiffon has the strong aroma of banana, and there is banana pulp in it. It’s hard not to taste it! It looks a bit ugly, but it tastes good!

Mash the ripe bananas and cut them into cubes

Add sugar to egg yolks and beat until emulsified and thick

Add corn oil and mix well, then add water and mix well again

Sift the flour and salt into the evenly mixed batter and mix thoroughly

Add the diced bananas to the batter

Then stir evenly and the egg yolk paste will be very thick.

Add white vinegar to the egg whites, then add fine sugar in batches and beat

Beat until you lift the whisk until a hook appears and about 9 centimeters

Take 1/3 of the beaten egg whites and put it into the egg yolk batter and mix evenly

Stir evenly and then pour in the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites

Mix thoroughly

Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold

Place it on the table and shake it twice, then put it in the middle and lower racks of the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes.
