Old vinegar peanuts
Overview
I particularly like eating vinegared peanuts. Although I don’t know how to drink, I still like to order this dish when I go to restaurants. Not only are peanuts rich in nutrients and contain a variety of minerals, they have the effects of promoting growth, anti-aging, and improving memory. I also like the sweet and sour taste and the crispy texture. It is a very classic dish to go with wine...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the peanuts with water and dry them, absorb the water with kitchen paper, wash and chop the coriander
-
Cold pan with cold oil, a little more oil. Pour in the peanuts and stir-fry over medium-low heat
-
When you hear the crackling sound of the peanuts, fry them a few more times and you will see that the surface of the peanuts becomes rosy and that’s it
-
Immediately remove the pan, drain the oil, and pour a teaspoon of white wine (this is the key to crispy peanuts)
-
In a small bowl, add: 1 tsp light soy sauce, 2-3 tsp old vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp chicken essence and mix thoroughly {stir thoroughly to allow the sugar to melt} to make a sauce
-
After the peanuts have cooled, pour the sauce into the peanuts, sprinkle with coriander, and mix well
-
Sweet and sour, crispy, a must-have with wine... very fragrant....
