Mushroom and Minced Pork Chili Sauce
Overview
When winter comes, I think of various sauces to mix with noodles and eat as a midnight snack. As the weather gets colder, I plan to go to the supermarket to buy mushroom hot sauce. When I go to the supermarket, I find that all kinds of sauces nowadays (mushroom hot sauce, beef hot sauce, black bean hot sauce, etc.) are expensive and contain preservatives. Thinking that I still had dried chilies at home, I bought mushrooms and lean pork, pulled some green onions from the balcony, and made mushroom and minced pork chili sauce, which was enough for a week.
