First wash the surface of the eggs with clean water, put water in a pot to heat and cook the eggs for about 15 minutes

Prepare materials. Unpack the tea leaves, add star anise leaves, cinnamon ginger slices and put them in a basin for later use

After the eggs are cooked, take them out and rinse them with cold water, then use a spoon or your hands to pinch out the cracks in the shells. Add cold water to the pot again

Pour the prepared ingredients into the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer until the soup is slightly thicker, turn off the heat and simmer for half an hour

Then transfer it to a basin and let it sit for 1-3 days before the flavor develops.
