Steamed Garlic Oysters
Overview
Oysters are my favorite, a gas station for men, a beauty salon for women, and a library for babies. Hehe, no matter how much you eat, you won’t get tired of it!

-
The oysters are inside the steamer after the shells are pried open
-
Place in the steamer. Do not steam two layers at a time. Because the outside of the shell should not be very clean even after washing, in order to prevent the steam water from contaminating the lower oysters. Let’s steam them layer by layer.
-
Squeeze out the juice from the minced ginger, then add minced garlic (a head of garlic) and minced chili pepper (you can't eat less or leave it out if you can't tolerate it. I used bell pepper, you can use millet chili or chilli padi) to make a sauce with half a bowl of water, half a bottle of white wine, a little salt, and oil. I forgot to take a picture of the finished product, so I just made it up in my head😂
-
Start steaming with cold water and sprinkle each with sauce. Sprinkle twice more.
-
After the water boils, time it for 6 minutes. Halfway through, boil the pan and sprinkle the sauce again.
-
It will be cooked after steaming for 6 minutes, so it doesn’t take long. The meat is no longer tasty when it is old.

It feels like I have arrived in Lilliput.
