Crush digestive biscuits into powder, add melted butter and mix well

Place equal amounts in six glasses (or six-inch molds are also acceptable)

Soften gelatine sheets in cold water

Add a small spoonful of yogurt and gelatine slices and heat it in the microwave until the gelatine slices melt

Mix the yogurt and whipped cream (no need to whip) evenly, then add the melted gelatine slices (the yogurt should be thick and original. If the yogurt you use is thinner, don't add the whipped cream, but the taste will be slightly inferior)

Place equal amounts in six cups

Add diced apricots and white sugar to a stainless steel pot and heat over medium-low heat

Cook until apricots soften

Use a food processor to puree

Spread evenly on the yogurt and refrigerate for two hours before serving!
