Prepare a square piece of pork belly and wash it.

Add water to the pot, add pork belly, fennel, green onions and cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat and skim off the foam.

Add a little oil to the pan, add the pork belly, skin side down, and fry until the skin bubbles.

Cut the fried pork belly into slices of about 7mm.

Peel the winter bamboo shoots, wash them and cut them into slices.

Prepare a bowl of juice: dark soy sauce, salt, rock sugar powder, cooking wine, mix thoroughly.
