Cut the three-yellow chicken into pieces, marinate it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, cornstarch, and baking soda for half an hour (I didn’t take a photo while marinating).

Garlic, ginger, star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon are ready.

Soak the mushrooms and cut them in half.

Put canola oil.

Fried chicken.

Fry to dry out the water. Add star anise leaves, cinnamon garlic cloves.

Add appropriate amount of water, 20 ml of rice wine, and brown sugar tablets.

Cover and simmer for ten minutes.

Add mushrooms.

Put chicken giblets.

Cover and simmer for another ten minutes.

Finished product.
