Shrimp head and tofu pot
Overview
Live shrimps are too expensive these days, so I wrap the shrimps in wontons and use the shrimp heads to cook tofu in a pot, which tastes super delicious. The way to run a house is to plan carefully and not waste money

Tofu cut into cubes

Wash and cut garlic leaves into sections

Heat the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add the shrimp heads and stir-fry until red oil appears

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat

Cook over medium heat for about a quarter of an hour and add appropriate amount of salt to taste
