Braised mushrooms
Overview
When I was making shredded pork at noon, there was a little fat left on the front meat. I added white mushrooms and green beans to make a braised dish. No waste at all, great meal😘😘😘

Cut the fat into thin slices

Wash the mushroom body and cut it in half

Blanch green beans and set aside

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger. Dried chili peppers cut into sections
