Roasted radish with meatballs
Overview
In the past, most soups were made with white radish, but today I used homemade meatballs and braised white radish, which is another new way to eat it. The taste of white radish is particularly sweet, and the sweetness of the radish is infiltrated into the meatballs. It’s great!

White radish and garlic sprouts.

Wash the radish, peel and cut into hob cubes, wash the garlic sprouts, separate the head and tail into sections.

Cut the meatballs in half.

Heat the pan, add appropriate amount of oil, and sauté the garlic stems until fragrant.

Add the white radish and stir-fry for a while.

Add soy sauce and continue stir-frying.

Add oyster sauce.

Add fish sauce and dark soy sauce.

Add the meatballs and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in water level with the ingredients.

Cover the pot and simmer over high heat for 30 minutes.

Cook until the sauce is dry, add salt and chicken powder.

Sprinkle some garlic leaves and stir-fry evenly.
