Classic peanut cake
Overview
I always remember the taste of the old-fashioned peach cake I ate as a child, it was sweet and crispy to the bone. Maybe it’s because life is so good now that there is no food that people can’t forget. The peanut cake I made today feels very close to the taste in my memory. It is worth a try.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Roast the peanuts in advance, peel them and take 50g.
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the powder into granular form and keep it away.
-
Beat the eggs into the vegetable oil. Use large eggs. The one I used is about 60g.
-
Mix well.
-
Add granulated sugar.
-
Stir well again.
-
Sift in flour and baking soda
-
Mix roughly.
-
Pour in chopped peanuts.
-
Mix and knead into a ball.
-
Divide the kneaded dough into small doughs of about 31g, roll them into balls and place them on the prepared sesame seeds. Cover both sides with sesame seeds.
-
Place the small dough covered with sesame seeds directly on the baking sheet.
-
Use three fingers together to directly press the dough into a cake, and the cake will crack naturally.
-
Put in the preheated oven, middle and upper rack, 190 degrees, 15 minutes.
