Fried Yong Tau Fu
Overview
I rarely make Yong Tofu, but after eating too many braised tofu, spicy tofu, pan-fried tofu, stewed tofu, and cold tofu, I really want to try other ways of making Yong Tofu, such as this Yong Tofu, which uses minced meat as the filling. After stuffing, frying, and stewing, the flavor of the meat penetrates into the tofu, making the plain tofu full of flavor and very delicious. This pot of tofu is usually eaten by my daughter.
