Baked Pork Chop Rice with Tomato Sauce
Overview
A pork chop rice with tomato sauce that I have loved since childhood. It is sour and sweet, very suitable for the sultry season of summer. I guess my son has inherited my taste buds, and he also has a special liking for this rice.

After buying the pork, pat it loose first, add salt, oil, sesame oil, starch, and soy sauce and marinate for more than 30 minutes

Cut the onion into strips, make a cross on the bottom of the tomatoes, and wash the corn kernels
