Overview
The weather is getting colder, and the cold autumn wind makes people deeply feel the chill of late autumn. Make a steaming bowl of beef noodles to warm the family. Now is the season when hawthorn is on the market. Using fresh hawthorn to stew beef can make the beef softer.
