Overview
Marinate the chee cheong fun in advance to make it more flavorful. If you like the burnt flavor, fry it longer. If you like it spicy, you can add some sweet chili sauce when eating it, it will also be delicious.

Soak the Chee Cheong Fun in hot water, then drain it

Cut the chee cheong fun noodles into pieces, add light soy sauce, chicken essence, salt and sugar, mix well and marinate for a while
