【Guizhou】Strange rice

Overview

Guailu rice is the most common fast-food fried rice unique to Guizhou. It is sold in snack bars, small restaurants, and restaurants on the streets. It is fried and eaten when customers come. It is a favorite and economical food for students, office workers, and people who go out and can’t go home for lunch or dinner.
