Put a little flour in another bowl, heat the oil (do not boil it), scald the flour with the hot oil, and mix it into a thinner oil batter
-
Mix 150G flour, 0.3G oil and appropriate amount of water to form a soft dough. Then wake up for 20-30 minutes
-
Roll the rested dough into a rectangular sheet as thin as possible
-
Spread the oil batter evenly on the dough sheet
-
Roll up the dough
-
Add a dose
-
Roll out the dough slightly, wrap it in the sugar filling, seal it with the same technique as a bun, with the mouth facing down, and flatten it slightly
-
Gently roll out the wrapped dough to a thickness of about a coin
-
Brush a small amount of oil on the pan, or a small amount of oil on the electric baking pan
-
Set the pan over low heat and the electric pan to 120-150 degrees. Fry the raw cake until it puffs up and both sides are golden.
