It’s a cool autumn day: [Pumpkin, Wolfberry and Black Sesame Rolls]

Overview

Autumn is the season of pumpkins. The colors of orange, red and gold are said to stimulate people’s appetite. A friend gave me a big pumpkin that I grew at home. After steaming, it is very noodles and sweet. There was just too much, and I was worried that it would spoil if I couldn’t finish it, so I thought of making something with it. Black sesame seeds and wolfberry are both good for nourishing blood and qi, and are suitable to be eaten all year round. When I was a child, my grandmother would often make buns filled with sugar and sesame seeds. The sweet and fragrant taste has always been engraved in my memory. Thinking about the golden yellow color of pumpkin, it can also form a sharp color contrast with black sesame seeds and wolfberry. So I steamed some pumpkin, black sesame and wolfberry rolls. For breakfast, paired with a bowl of soup and porridge, it is simply a wonderful thing!
