Roujiamo
Overview
I often eat Roujiamo to satisfy my hunger when I go shopping. Although Roujiamo is not a snack in the north, it can still be seen everywhere on the bustling streets here. After being processed by northerners, there is no trace of Shaanxi cured meat buns. However, the ones modified to suit the taste of northerners actually taste good and are loved by everyone.

Wash the meat, put it into the pot, add salt, green onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, soy sauce and cook for an hour. Take it out and chop it into minced meat. Chop green onions and coriander into pieces.
