Add caster sugar to egg yolks.

Beat with an electric mixer until thick and pale.

Pour the milk into a pot and heat over low heat until bubbling around the edges. Turn off the heat.

Pour the milk into the egg yolks in three batches, stirring evenly as you pour.

Mixed state.

Pour it into the milk pot and continue to heat over low heat until the edges are bubbling. Remove from heat and refrigerate until cool.

Light cream, icing sugar and matcha powder.

Hit 7 and distribute.

Pour into egg yolk batter.

Mix well.

Pour half of the ice cream batter into the ice cream mold, sprinkle with dried cranberries, and then pour in the other half of the batter.

Insert popsicle stick.

Place in the refrigerator overnight before unmoulding.

No ice residue at all.
