Overview
Mushu Rou is a Northeastern dish characterized by its delicious taste, rich texture, comprehensive nutrition, and suitable for all ages. This is the first time I have made this dish. I have seen many foodies making this dish before, and I thought that I would join in the fun that day. Pork, cucumber, eggs, cloud fungus (cooked in water in advance), green onions

Add the egg white, cornstarch, salt and chicken powder to the sliced pork and marinate for 10 minutes. Slice the cucumber and cut the green onion into sections

Heat the pan, add oil and sliced meat

Smooth the meat slices until cooked and set aside for later use
