Soak the gelatine slices in ice water until soft, take them out, put them in a bowl, add a little boiled water, add some sugar according to personal preference, boil over water, pour into the mango juice and stir evenly. If you like the pudding to be lighter, you can increase the amount of gelatine tablets.

  4. Pour the mango juice into a sterilized bottle and place it on the 12-piece mold at an angle. If you want to make less, you can put a smaller mold. I use a mango weighing nearly 1.5 pounds and make 5 cups. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
