Slice tofu and fry in oil until golden brown, remove and control oil

Peel and slice loofah

Fried tofu sliced diagonally

Pour oil into the wok and sauté the chopped green onions, then add the loofah and stir-fry

Stir-fry until soft and almost cooked

Add fried tofu slices and stir-fry

Add extra fresh asparagus soy sauce to taste and stir-fry evenly
