The father of the child especially loves Laoganma black bean sauce. He tried making it himself and it tasted pretty good. It is also very delicious when used for stir-fries or noodles. The steps may seem complicated, but they are actually very simple.

Prepare all the ingredients and cut the pork tenderloin into small pieces

Put soybean oil in the pot and bring to a boil, then let it cool to room temperature to remove the smell of raw oil

Add pork over medium heat and fry for 2 minutes

Add minced ginger, cooking wine and seafood soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute
