Place slices of ginger, scallions, dried chili peppers at the bottom of the casserole, and add the pig's feet (skin side up).

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, an appropriate amount of salt, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar. Pour in a small can of beer to remove the fishy smell, and add water to cover the pig's feet.
