Wash the prepared corn kernels and set aside

Take a pot, add water, add corn and cook for five minutes. Drain the water

Pour in appropriate amount of starch and glutinous rice flour

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, pour in the corn kernels, spread them flat and fry over low heat for three minutes to set

Add oil again and fry the corn over medium heat for three minutes

Place the fried corn into a plate and sprinkle with sugar
