Steps
-
First prepare the ingredients for the pizza base. This time I used White Shark flour, which has strong water absorption. If you use other brands, remember to adjust the liquid amount appropriately!
-
Pour the high flour, low flour, salt, sugar and yeast from the cake base ingredients into the bread machine bucket, add pure milk, and stir with chopsticks into cotton wool
-
Add corn oil and turn on the bread and dough function
-
Knead the dough until it is smooth. I used 1.5 kneading cycles, which is 30 minutes
-
Roll the dough into a round shape, place it on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate overnight, about 16 hours, and refrigerate for fermentation
-
Ferment until it doubles in size. When you poke a hole in flour with your finger and it doesn't shrink back, the fermentation is complete. Remember to take it out half an hour in advance to warm it up before proceeding!
-
Cut the corn, carrots, and beans into cubes and stir-fry them with some salt. Stir-fry as much water as possible. Slice the ham and set aside. Prepare all the ingredients!
-
Knead the dough and deflate it, then cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes
-
Roll out the dough as thin as possible and place it on a baking sheet lined with oil paper
-
Take a 6-inch cake mold base and cut out 3 round bases with a knife
-
Use a fork to make small holes on the round pizza base and lightly spray a small amount of water
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance, put the 3 pie bases into the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes
-
Knead the remaining dough into a ball, sprinkle some dry flour on the table, and roll it out
-
Roll it out as long and thin as possible, into a rectangle about 40cm long and 10cm wide (it didn’t look good today, so I’ll give it a try)
-
Coat the sides and bottom of a 6-inch round mold with butter
-
Wrap the rolled out dough, leaving 2cm wide dough outside
-
Place a piece of baked pizza base as the bottom layer
-
Spread a layer of pizza sauce
-
Add grated mozzarella cheese
-
Add corn, carrot, beans and ham sausage
-
Sprinkle another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese to create a pizza layer, and then put another round cake base...
-
Until all three layers of pie base and fillings are placed, roll the previously reserved pizza edges to cover the edges
-
Place in the middle and lower racks of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
-
When the finished product comes out of the oven, the ham sausages on the surface are arranged in a pattern, does it look like a cake?
-
Layer by layer, full of drawing, full of flesh...it's awesome...
