Mutton roasted with radish
Overview
If you want to eat meat in winter, beef and mutton are the first choice. Occasionally, making soup or cooking dishes is great. I went to buy mutton, tenderloin and belly. When I came back, I stewed the belly in soup and roasted the tenderloin with radish. We each got what we needed. It was pretty good. Ingredients: radish, mutton, green onions and ginger Seasonings: Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, cooking oil Method:

-
Material map, forget about the mutton.
-
In order to see clearly, I put the liquid seasoning, cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce together, the total amount is about 30 grams.
-
Cut green onions into pieces.
-
Dice or cut radish into cubes.
-
Marinate the mutton slices with salt and light soy sauce. This step should be done in the front, but the picture is not right.
-
Pour oil into the wok and heat it up. You can use more oil here. Pour out the oil after it is hot, and then add oil to fry the meat. If the pan is non-stick, after this procedure, the meat will not stick to the pan.
-
After the meat changes color, add chopped green onion.
-
Add radish cubes, add a small amount of stock, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer.
-
Remove from the pot when the meat and radishes are all cooked through.
