Fried radish balls
Overview
In winter, radish is eaten more than ginseng, so I have to eat more radish and try making radish in different ways. Today I made white radish balls. They are deep-fried and crispy, fragrant and tender on the inside. Children and adults love to eat them.

Prepare the required raw materials: white radish, special wheat core wheat flour for golden arowana dumplings, and eggs.

After grating the white radish into shreds, use a knife to chop a little more.

Squeeze out the water from the white radish and put it in a basin

Add appropriate amount of minced ginger and coriander to the white radish.

Break in two eggs, add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of flour and mix evenly.

Add oil to the pot, heat it up, and add the evenly stirred radish filling into the pot one by one with a spoon.

Fry until both sides of the meatballs are golden brown. If you like the surface to be crispier, you can fry it again.
