Cut the okra into pieces, wash and set aside.

Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add okra and cook.

Chopped ginger, garlic, onion and chili

Put the salt-sugar light soy mushroom sauce in a bowl and set aside

Transfer cooked okra to a plate.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the ginger, garlic, onion, and pepper.

Put the sauce into the pot and stir-fry together, then add 2 tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.

Pour the cooked sauce over the okra.
