  1. Clean the pollack. Make cross incisions. Put oil and sugar in the pot, simmer and fry the fish until both sides are slightly brown. Take the fish out again.

  2. Add ginger slices to the pot. garlic cloves. Salt, soy sauce. Chili sauce. Stir fry. Add water and put the fried fish in. Cook for about fifteen minutes

  3. When there is not much water left in the pot. Take the fish out and plate it. Heat the green chili pepper in the soup for a minute and then pour the juice from the pot over the fish
