Minced Pork Tofu
Overview
Minced meat tofu --- a copycat version of Mapo tofu. Although the recipe is not authentic, the taste is just as spicy, spicy, fresh and fragrant. It is a good choice for bibimbap and noodles.

Cut the tofu into small cubes.

Boil briefly in a pot of boiling water, remove and drain.

Heat a pan and add an appropriate amount of salad oil. Add the minced meat and stir-fry evenly until it changes color.

Move the minced meat to the edge of the pot, add bean paste and stir-fry until red oil is produced.

Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.

Add the tofu and add boiled water to cover the tofu. Bring to a boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add corn starch to water to make gravy.

Add sugar to taste and pour in the gravy.

Cook until the soup is thick, add a few drops of sesame oil to enhance the aroma, and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Serve.
