Peel and shred the radish.

Rinse the dried shrimps with water to drain them.

Cut garlic and ginger into shreds.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add garlic, ginger and dried shrimps to the hot oil, stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry until soft.

Add oyster sauce, salt to taste, and half a spoonful of sugar to suppress the flavor of the radish.

If you like softer shredded radish, add three or four tablespoons of water, cover with a lid and simmer until the water dries, turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
