Soak the glutinous rice in water for 2 hours, steam until cooked and set aside. Soak the lotus leaves in water. Wash the ginger and garlic, slice the ginger and mince the garlic.

Clean and debone the chicken legs.

Soak and dice the mushrooms, and dice the sausage and chicken legs.

Saute ginger and garlic until fragrant, add chicken, sausage, and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil, sugar, and a little water.
