Cut the thick louver into shreds, blanch it in hot water for half a minute, take it out and set aside. In another pot, add chicken soup (you can use thick soup instead), add shredded dried shrimps, shredded carrots and bring to a boil over high heat. Add a little salt, simmer over low heat, and finally add green vegetables.
